2025 Beach Volleyball Camp
Join us for a fun Beach Volleyball Camp at San Domenico's Beach Volleyball Courts for girls aged 9 to 16, from beginners to intermediates! No experience needed-just bring a positive attitude! Last year's camps sold out, so register early!

Learn from experienced coaches who will teach essential skills like serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defense with personalized attention and feedback. The camp also includes fitness activities tailored for volleyball players to enhance strength, speed, and endurance.​ Meet fellow enthusiasts and enjoy team-building activities that foster friendship, collaboration, and sportsmanship!

*This camp will use the swimming pool daily in the afternoon as an optional activity. If you do not want your child to use the pool, please contact us.

NBVA Beach, its upcoming beach volleyball club program that will train at the new San Domenico School's Beach Court Facility, is set to launch in early spring 2025. It is poised to become a powerhouse of youth beach volleyball in Northern California. With the sport experiencing unprecedented growth in the United States and beyond, it has opened up tremendous opportunities for young athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. Beach volleyball has captivated the hearts of athletes and fans alike with its fast-paced, dynamic nature, showcasing the skills and athleticism of women in a highly competitive environment.

NBVA Beach is committed to providing athletes with a comprehensive training program that mirrors the philosophy of its successful indoor program. The club will offer a series of clinics designed to enhance skills, teamwork, and strategy. To further enrich the training experience, NBVA Beach has plans to invite special guest coaches, including past and current international beach players, who will share their expertise and inspire the next generation of beach volleyball stars.

At NBVA Beach, the coaching staff boasts years of experience in beach competitions, ensuring that athletes receive top-notch training and guidance. Leading the team is Head Coach John Hedlund, whose expertise stems from his upbringing in Hawaii and his time playing at the prestigious Outrigger Canoe Club, where he honed his skills on the OCC "Baby Court." Hedlunds has developed a deep understanding of the game and has a passion for developing young talent.
